This page explains how the site earns revenue and how that affects — or doesn’t affect — what we publish, in accordance with the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).

Why We Use Affiliate Links
These commissions help fund the research, hands-on testing, hosting, and time required to keep CrixPix free to read. Affiliate income is one of two ways this site generates revenue. The other is display advertising, described below.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate partnerships do not influence our opinions, rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Full single-tool reviews and head-to-head comparisons are based on independent, hands-on testing; roundups and pricing-breakdown guides are built from verified official sources and cross-checked reporting. Neither approach is ever based on which company offers the highest commission. If a tool performs poorly, we say so — regardless of whether it has an affiliate program.
Advertising
CrixPix displays advertisements through Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. These advertisements are visually separate from editorial content and have no influence on our reviews or recommendations.
In-Article Disclosure
This page covers our affiliate policy site-wide. FTC guidance requires that disclosure also appear close to, and before, the affiliate links themselves — a general policy page alone isn’t sufficient. In line with this, individual articles that contain affiliate links include a short, plainly-worded disclosure notice near the top of the post, before the first affiliate link appears, so the disclosure is visible at the exact point where it matters.
